Welcome

As a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy, I offer counseling services to families, adolescents, and children, couples, and individuals.  I receive direct supervision from a licensed marriage and family therapist to ensure that I provide exceptional services to my clients.  I am an Associate Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), as well as a Certified Prepare/Enrich Counselor.

• I view the therapeutic process as one that is customized to match the needs and goals of each unique family, adolescent, child, couple, and individual. 
• During each session, I value what matters most to my clients individually, as well as the strengths of each client and his or her environments. Therapy sessions with me provide safe, therapeutic, and confidential environments. 
• I view my role of therapist as one who plants the seeds, and then guides clients through the processes that are essential for change and growth.
• Having worked with families, adolescent, children, couples, and individuals for many years, I have developed approaches that allow my clients and I to establish and maintain a highly effective therapist-client relationship.
